EKG Technician Certification Lookup

While state licensure is not a typical requirement for EKG Technician employment, many employers prefer or even require EKG technicians to be certified as certication demonstrates a high level of proficiency with EKG technology. Common certifications available to EKG Technicians include the CET (Certified EKG Technician), the NCET (National Certified ECG Technician), the NRCEKG (Nationally Registered Certified EKG Technician), the CCT (Certified Cardiographic Technician), the CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician), and the ETC (EKG Technician Certification). EKG and Telemetry certifications are also provided by the National Telemetry Association.
